New rear exhaust and mufflers The mufflers were all rusted out. When I replaced them I removed my Cat eliminator pipe and rear Y-pipe. I made a new dual 2.5" exhaust from the front Y-Pipe and back. I also tried to fit a pair of block-hugger headers, but it was imposible on the passenger side because of the knock sensor. Later that summer I bought a pair of hedeman headers for a C3 Corvette instead. I got them at a swap meet.
